Welcome Thank you for your interest in the Cable Television & Communications Association of Illinois.  The CT&C represents the cable television industry in a unified voice at the local, state and federal levels. Representing franchise areas throughout Illinois, the CT&C is comprised of cable television system operators, as well as program networks, equipment suppliers and other vendors related to the cable television industry.  In its thirty year history, the CT&C has actively represented its membership in the Illinois General Assembly.
